independently and in collaboration with leaders

●  Experience in donor relations, including developing cultivation strategies, solicitation,

and stewardship practices

●  Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a holistic understanding of organizational

goals

●  Exceptional work ethic and adherences to fundraising best practices

●  Proficiency in donor management systems

●  Positive attitude, sensitivity to donor needs, and ability to maintain donor

confidentiality

●  Excellent communication skills

●  Performs prospect research to identify new grant opportunities, including researching

grant databases, foundation websites; performs best practice research for projects and

programs as assigned

●  Compiles and updates the organization’s data (statistics, outcomes, demographics, etc.)

on a regular basis for grant purposes
